Cancellation Policy

Understanding that plans can change, we strive to be as flexible as possible. Here’s what you need to know about canceling or rescheduling our cleaning services:

  • Within 24 Hours of Your Appointment
    • Charge Policy: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a full charge applies. This fee is non-refundable.
    • Reasoning: Cancellations this close to the appointment prevent us from serving other clients who could have booked your slot, hence it’s treated as a confirmed booking.

 

  • 48 Hours Before Your Appointment
    • Credit Eligibility: Cancellations made with 48 hours or sooner before your appointment are eligible for a cleaning credit. This credit will be applied to your account and can be used for future services at your convenience.

 

  • More Than 48 Hours Before Your Appointment
    • Refund Policy: If you decide to cancel before the 48-hour window, you are eligible for an immediate full refund.
